Welcome to Ouranos Gym, operated by Ouranos Fithub Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 202401047598 (1593444-V)) ("the Gym"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our facilities, programs, and services, including memberships, personal training, and group classes. By signing up or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Membership Eligibility & Responsibility
Membership is open to individuals aged 14 and above. Those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and are equally subject to membership fees. Adult members are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for exercise. Guardians accept full responsibility for minors under their care.

2. Extension & Freeze Policy
Members may freeze their membership for any number of full months, up to a maximum of twelve (12) consecutive months. A freeze within six (6) months from the membership start date incurs a RM60 unfreeze fee. If the unfreeze request occurs after six (6) months but within twelve (12) months, the fee will be RM100. Memberships not reactivated within twelve (12) months will be automatically forfeited without refund. During the freeze, gym access is suspended and all fees paid are non-refundable.

3. Package Expiry
Each package has a fixed validity period disclosed at the time of purchase. Sessions or credits not used within this period will expire and be forfeited without refund, extension, or rollover.

4. Refund Policy
All purchases are final. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. In exceptional cases such as verified medical incapacity or permanent relocation, remaining sessions may be converted into other services at the sole discretion of Gym management. Requests for conversion must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval.

5. Installment Plans
The Gym offers 0% interest installment plans for any transactions exceeding RM500. There is no upper limit on installment value. Installments are currently supported through Atome and Pine Labs. By choosing installment, the member agrees to the terms and policies of the selected payment provider.

6. Freelance Trainer Policy
External freelance trainers may not conduct training within the Gym unless authorized in writing. Approved freelance trainers must sign a three-month, 500-hour agreement at RM20 per hour (RM10,000 upfront). All clients of freelance trainers must be registered with the Gym prior to training. Failure to register clients will result in a penalty of 50 hours deducted from the trainer's account. Any policy breach will result in immediate termination without refund.

7. Group Class Policy
Group classes may be canceled if minimum participation is not met six (6) hours before start time. If canceled, credits will be refunded automatically. Members canceling a class with less than six (6) hours' notice will forfeit the credit. Members who fail to attend three (3) scheduled classes without cancellation will have their account frozen for two (2) weeks. Booking privileges are suspended during this freeze. Class registration closes fifteen (15) minutes before start time.

8. General Gym Rules
Members must return equipment, maintain hygiene, and follow facility protocols. Smoking, substance use, alcohol, pets, or unsafe behavior are strictly prohibited. The Gym is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

9. Payment Policy
Payments may be made via:
* Bank Transfer
* Atome
* Pine Labs (credit card terminal)
The Gym is not responsible for payments made to unauthorized parties. Members must retain proof of all payments.

10. Health & Safety
Members are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to exercise. The Gym is not liable for injuries or health incidents caused by pre-existing conditions, personal negligence, or misuse of equipment. Members must follow all safety instructions and staff directions.

11. Membership Termination & Cancellation
The Gym may terminate a membership without refund for rule violations, misconduct, or endangering others. Members on fixed-term contracts must submit cancellation requests at least thirty (30) days in advance. The final month's dues are payable. If cancellation occurs before the contract ends, a cancellation fee may apply, depending on the remaining contract duration. Freeze is not available during the cancellation notice period. All requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to management approval.

12. Amendments
The Gym reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Notice will be given via email or official postings. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Malaysia.

14. Personal Training Policy
All personal training sessions must be used within their validity period. Sessions not used will be forfeited. Sessions must be booked 24 hours in advance; late cancellations result in forfeiture. PT packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Bonus sessions may be granted for full payment. PT clients receive free gym access during their PT validity.

15. Access by Appointment Only
Ouranos Gym operates as a private-space gym. All members must book a session in advance. Walk-ins are not permitted. Repeated no-shows or booking abuse may result in suspended access.

16. Session Expiry Enforcement
All sessions, including personal training, gym access, and group classes, must be used within their validity period. No extensions will be granted unless approved under the freeze policy. Expired sessions are forfeited permanently.
